Orient Star provides comprehensive travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, and custom itineraries.

• Itinerary Information: We strive to ensure all information in our itineraries is accurate. However, travel services are subject to change based on local conditions, availability, and decisions by our third-party suppliers. We reserve the right to make modifications to itineraries that are in the best interest of our clients' safety and experience.
• Third-Party Suppliers: We act as an agent for third-party travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. The services provided by these suppliers are subject to their own terms and conditions.
• Travel Documents: It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for the destinations they are visiting.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent booking process.

• Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final payment is due by the date specified on your invoice. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through secure gateways.
• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon our issuance of a confirmation invoice and receipt of your deposit. Please review all details carefully and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees will apply and are determined by the date we receive your written notification. The fee structure is outlined in your booking agreement. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
• Refunds: Any refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, less any applicable cancellation fees or non-refundable charges imposed by third-party suppliers.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

To ensure a successful journey, travelers must adhere to the following:

• Passport & Visas: You must possess a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas and entry permits for your destination(s).
• Health & Insurance: You are responsible for all health and vaccination requirements. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.
• Compliance with Local Laws: Travelers must comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of the countries they visit.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account to access certain features of our Site, such as viewing your booking history or managing your travel preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the Orient Star name and logo, custom itineraries, destination guides, photographs, text, and website design, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from using any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIENT STAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSSES, INJURY, OR DEATH, ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR TOURS OR YOUR USE OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR BOOKING SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE TRAVEL SERVICES IN QUESTION.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
